Genius Scheduler (hereinafter referred to as the "App") prioritizes the protection of your privacy and data, and strictly adheres to the following protection guidelines regarding the use of Google APIs.
1. Scope of Data Collection and Usage: The App only accesses the Google Calendar API and Gmail API with the user's explicit consent. The granted permissions are strictly limited to analyzing schedules via AI, identifying key context within emails (such as contract cancellation deadlines, schedule discussions, etc.), and based on this, creating/updating calendar events and sending real-time cancellation deadline notifications. The App does not access any other Google Workspace assets outside of these specified purposes.
2. Data Storage and Security: The App does not permanently store or collect the user's email body or calendar details on external servers without authorization. The logic for schedule analysis and cancellation notifications is processed securely and temporarily within the user's active session (Transient use).
3. Prohibition of Third-Party Disclosure and Sharing: No email or calendar data derived from the user's Google account will ever be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, marketing agencies, or data brokers.
4. User Control over Permissions: Users can revoke or block the App's access permissions at any time through their Google Account Security Settings.
5. Data Protection Mechanisms: We implement robust industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive Google user data. All data transferred between Genius Scheduler and Google APIs is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 or higher) to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Google User Data Retention and Deletion: Genius Scheduler only processes Google user data for the minimum duration strictly necessary to provide scheduling services. We do not store your raw email contents permanently; processing is done ephemerally. Users may request the immediate and permanent deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting us at tarvel@gmail.com. Upon request, all associated data will be securely and permanently deleted from our systems within 7 business days.
