These Terms of Service govern the conditions of use and the limitations of liability for the free service provided by Genius Scheduler (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
1. Purpose of Use: This App is software provided free of charge to help users improve personal productivity and manage schedules based on AI.
2. Modification and Suspension of Service: This App is currently a beta test and free distribution version. Part or all of the service may be modified or temporarily suspended without prior notice due to performance improvements or operational needs.
3. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer): This App is provided on an "As-Is" basis. The developer and operator assume no legal liability for any temporary data errors, missed schedules, or user malfunctions that may occur during the use of this App. Users are strongly encouraged to double-check important schedules manually.
4. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
